The staff was friendly and helpful, offering maps of the city center and even offering to guard your belongings at reception. The location was great, just a short walk from the train station and close to various transportation options. the bedsheets were clean and the single private room I stayed in was small but cute.
Noise was a big issue during my stay. There was constant chatter from a nearby bar or club, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great value for my money at Hatters. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff treated me really well.
The food for breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

I stayed at Hatters for a quick overnight visit and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The wifi had a strong signal and the bed was comfortable. The common living room was a nice place to relax. The prices and location were perfect for solo travelers like myself.
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly at all hours, reception was never unmanned, the kitchen and common areas are spotlessly clean. The hotel was 15 minutes from everything which some days was brilliant and some was awful dependent on the weather.
The room was far too hot all the time, if you are not comfortable sleeping in underwear in rooms with strangers I wouldn't recommend this or any other hostel to you. Had all the flaws every hostel has, small rooms etc. but if you're going to moan about that then pay the extra for a private hotel room is my advice,

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape in a charming old building. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. We enjoyed starting our mornings with freshly brewed coffee and a variety of cereals provided by the hotel. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall experience, making us feel right at home.
It's worth mentioning that cleanliness could be improved. It seemed that the rooms and bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned, which was a disappointment.

Location is in between of Picadilly station and Victoria station. Quite convenient but I was robbed nearby. Take second thought if you concern safety issue. One female staff was friendly but not seated at the reception when I wanted to check out. Another male staff was unfriendly .

The facilities were well-maintained and provided a pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets and bathroom, as well as the tidiness of the dormitory. The mattresses were in good condition, and I had a restful night's sleep without any back pain. the staff at the reception were polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant interaction. I had a positive experience at Hatters and would recommend it to others.

stuff: most of the staff is friendly, but I must say that a man in the reception is so mean! when I checked in, I found that my room was not so good, because the curtain is not large enough to cut off the curtain. and my single room is in the male floor... so i could not sleep in the night. then I requested to change a room or a bed for me. but he refused and said that i should leave here and pay 80 pounds for a comfort hotel!!!!! and asked me to wait a manager till the next morning! this experience make me feel so bad about this hotel! location: near the train station and tram room: the dormitory is good, but the single room in the third floor is terrible. because the curtain is can not stop the light, and there is two room this side would turn off the light, so it looks like in the daytime in the room.
